Costurile de ocupare ale spatiilor logistice din Bucuresti vor creste doar cu 0,3% pana in 2017, la 77 de dolari pe mp annual, fiind printre cele mai reduse evolutii prognozate la nivel global, arata cel mai recent raport dedicat pietei de profil realizat de DTZ.
Potrivit rezultatele sondajului realizat de CBRE cu investitorii imobiliari seniori, dezvoltatori și ocupanți, apetitul ocupanților europeni pentru proprietăți logistice și industriale se estimează că crește semnificativ în următorii doi ani. În opinia a 81% dintre profesioniștii de top ai industriei, creșterea în activitățile de comerț electronic și impactul asociat asupra lanțului de distribuție, care include proprietăți logistice și depozite. Sondajul a identificat de asemenea operatorii terți de logistice și retailerii ca surse importante pentru cererea de spații logistice.
