It is an important heavy industry/machinery producer with all the in-city industrial facilities relocated outside, making room for residential and retail developments.
Brasov is very well positioned towards other important cities: Sibiu, Targu Mures plus northern Romania. Brasov is at the crossroads of several important routes: the most significant is DN1, the road that links the city to Bucharest.

Access road is 8 m wide, the site being at 200 m distance from Brasov-Cristian road and 600 m from Brasov- Sibiu road. The car traffic is intense. Asphalted roads are in very good shape. Access road to the site is unpaved for the moment, but it will soon be paved.
