Description

The Global Logistics Centre (GLC) offers a high quality mix of facilities on the Eastern part of the Bucharest Ring Road. Global Logistics Centre was designed to offer a complete solution to its tenants, represented by any player in the field of distribution and supply chain of the textile or general goods industry. GLC was designed as two independent buildings ensuring the best flow inside the premises and offers to its tenants and visitors 80 parking spaces.

The future premises will offer the possibility to present the goods and merchandise in a 1,200 sq m showroom area existing at the ground floor of the office building, located at the premises entrance, then to carry on discussions in the meeting rooms and office area (2,400 sq m) existing at the first and second level of the same building. By finalizing any deal the merchandise could be easily seen, checked or handled in the warehouse area with a total surface of 10,400 sq m.
The flexible design of the Global Logistics Centre warehouse allows storing general merchandise. The Global Logistics Centre will offer a permanent inside temperature of 15C during all the year although the clear height of the warehouse is of 10m. Using a
metallic structure no interior columns can be found inside the warehouse area thus benefiting of the wide 34m opening of the space. The access to the warehouse area is realized through normal access doors and 40 docking units. Benefiting of a leveling system the docking units are designed to allow the loading and unloading in and from any type of transportation vehicle.

Description of Location

The Bucharest Ring Road (Soseaua de Centura) offers excellent exposure and easy access inwards or outwards Bucharest city as well as to other major directions such as Bucharest-Constanta A2 highway or the future Bucharest-Brasov highway.
Global Logistics Centre is located on the on T25, plot 158, Pantelimon, Ilfov with an opening of 64 m to the Bucharest Ring Road. The site is located at 4 km from the A2 highway Bucharest – Constanta, at 10 km from the junction of the ring road with DN1 Bucharest – Brasov road and at 5 km from the junction of the ring road with E60 Bucharest – Urziceni road.
The center of Bucharest can be reached in 10 minutes driving time while the International Airport Henri Coanda can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car.
Located in the Eastern part of Bucharest, the site is suited for logistic purposes for small, medium or large distributors, importers, exporters and goods operators offering easy access whether it leads inside the city or outside city limits to the major destinations (Western Europe and the Black Sea).
