Our spaces have a height of about 7.5 m and can be arranged for production or storage. Buildings have concrete structure with reinforced concrete pillars and beams, waterproofed, concrete floors, metal doors, natural lighting, three phase 380V, parking for trucks, concrete courtyard, and are also equipped with security systems and surveillance, having also management services.
