The new fleet of carriages will operate on the Prague-Hamburg line, which will be inaugurated at the end of next year by RegioJet jointly with the giant Deutsche-Bahn. According to the Railway Gazette, one of the most important sources of information about the railroad industry, this is not the first collaboration between the company led by the Romanian businessman and RegioJet.

In June 2010, Astra Vagoane Calatori signed a contract worth EUR 50 M with the Czech company for the delivery of 50 new cars, capable to run at a top speed of 200 km/h, with 1st class and 2nd class salons and featuring playgrounds and business meetings. (source: nineoclock.ro)
