“A 20,000 square meters production facility will be finalized in two weeks and leased out to Beaulieu International Group. The company will produce furniture tapestry here,” Ivan Lakere, CEO of Alinso, stated.

Based on ZF’s estimate, the production unit and warehouse will require a ca. EUR 10 million investment. Construction work will be carried out over the course of this year. The Ploiesti West Park currently includes logistic parks owned by Unilevel (staple products) and British American Tobacco (cigarettes), and a factory owned by American group Lufkin that was purchased last year by General Electric. Developed by Alinso and businessman Petrica Usurelu, the Park is one the most important in the country, with an overall surface of over 250 hectares. (source: nineoclock.ro)
