The company aims to expand its production capacity, especially that the company is market leader on several products which are currently being manufactured on lines rented by third parties.

 

„Our plan is to reach in five years turnover of 470 million lei. In order to do this we need that the shareholders leave the dividends in order to be reinvested. A company cannot capitalize but with the help of its shareholders and through the capital market where we are present only with 47 pct. of the  shares“, said Ioan Nani, general manager of Antibiotice, during ZF Live.

 

Last year, Anti­biotice had 320 million lei sales and a profit of 31 million lei. The State owns 53 pct of the company’s shares, which has a stock capitalization of 391 million lei. (source: zf.ro)
