The two factories were part of the Aplast group, founded in 2000 and were sold to the Anaberger group, part of CEE Special Situations Fund, specialized in investments in distressed assets from emerging markets.

 

The factories  (Aplast Wood Industry in Ilfov and Glass District in Prahova) has in 2014 a total turnover of nearly 25 million lei, more than 150 employees and nearly 6 million lei financial loss.

 

CEE Special Situations Fund also owns in Romania, through its Anaberger group, the company Bravo Trading, a manufacturer of metallic roofs with a factory in the city of Fundulea, Călăraşi county. (Source: zf.ro)
