According to data published by CTP, the transaction is among the most important lease agreement signed by the company in the period December-January in the countries where it is present.

 

Another contract signed in Romania in this period is the lease of 20,000 sq. m in CTP Buchareste West, by the Austrian company Quehenberger Logistics. The two transactions in Romania are among the largest signed by CTP in the last two months in Europe.

 

Van Moer Logistics is active in Romania since 2011, and in 2013 it has opened a logistics facility in Timisoara, within VGP Park.

 

CTPark Bucharest West has atotal rentable area of 130,000 sq. m and 11 hectares for further developments. Its tenants include DSV, Iron Mountain, Tibbett Logistics, Equest Logistics and Welde Romania.
