The building will be built-to-suit for Opsan, according to the technical specifications indicated by the tenant, and will be built to the highest quality standards and energy efficiency innovation.

The expansion of Opsan in Romania and the choice of building its first production unit in Pitesti are a consequence of a high level of qualification of the Romanian labor force in general and of the automotive industry in particular, as well as of the existing infrastructure in the area. The experience and the quality of the production units developed by CTP also contributed greatly to the completion of this transaction.

"The choice by Opsan of CTPark Pitesti to develop their first investment in Romania is for us a confirmation that CTP is successfully fulfilling its role of providing the best solutions to its customers. The building that we will develop for Opsan includes production facilities tailored to their needs as well as offices so that our new tenant's employees benefit from the best conditions to carry out their business", said Iulia Busca, Business Development Manager at CTP Romania.
