In 2017, the Chinese fund reached an agreement to take over Logicor logistics company from the Blackstone American fund for 12.25 billion euros.

Previously, the largest transaction with logistics space in Romania was the sale of the Renault center at Oarja, bought by Globalworth with 42 million euros.

Logicor is present in Romania with more than 155,000 square meters of logistics and industrial space in four localities and has more than one million square meters of land for development.

Among the most important tenants Logicor has in Romania are IKEA, Coca-Cola, DPD, Profi Rom Food, Heineken, CTDI.

Blackstone entered the local market by the end of 2015, when it acquired the logistics portfolio of the Austrian company Immofinanz, in a European-wide transaction of more than 500 million euros. (source: zf.ro)
