The construction works will start in the upcoming period. “Currently, this is the first serious investment in the area, after the Revolution, as regards jobs. We are talking about 1,200 jobs and I believe this is good news for Drobeta Turnu Severin and for Mehedinti County,” said Marius Screciu, deputy mayor of the city.

 

 In the autumn of 2014, no less than 450 people are to work in the plant and other 800 are to be hired in 2015.
