“In order to know exactly the fate and future of Sibiu-Valcea-Pitesti motorway, we have asked CNADNR management to release the schedule about the implementing of that project. We have received the requested answer so that we have the possibility to say that the preliminary procedures for the construction of the motorway passing the mountains on the route Sibiu-Valcea-Pitesti are operational.

Thus, the Ministry of Transports released the necessary documents between February 24 ad 27 to launch the bid for the feasibility study, and in less than a month, on March 21, the announcement for participation to the documentation validated by ANRMAP on SEAP and on the Official European Union Journal, and the offers from abroad and from Romania will be set by May 2014,” said Cilea.

A month later, adds Cilea, the offers evaluation will conclude and the evaluation report will be submitted to the UCVAP to make their point of view and to approve it, after which the result of the procedure will be released to the bidders.
