CTP buys the Mobexpert industrial-logistics property within the Mureş Industrial Park

CTP bought from Dan Şucu the Mobexpert project from Târgu Mureş, located in the Mureş Industrial Park near the local International Airport, with an area of 25,000 sq m, which includes both storage and production facilities.

The transaction is a "sale & lease-back" type, similar to the one concluded in 2020 between CTP and Mobexpert, in which CTP bought the Mobexpert warehouse from km 23 on the A1 Bucharest-Pitesti.
