The new warehouse is standard and has been designed to meet the most demanding standards in terms of building quality and environmental protection. The construction of the warehouse where Van Moer Logistics will occupy 20,000 m² storage spaces started last year and will be completed at the beginning of Q2 2018. Among the characteristics of the warehouse there will be: insulation systems incorporating technologies that provide maximum energy efficiency; interior and exterior artificial lighting with new Smart LED technology, as well as illuminating hatches from the ceiling that will offer natural light.

Van Moer Logistics is already a tenant in CTP Bucharest West, and currently occupies a warehouse of circa 5,000 m² in the former Mercury Logistics Park, now part of the CTP Bucharest West. The new warehouse is being built on the other side of the A1 motorway, and Van Moer Logistics will completely move in the new building, immediately after it will be finalized.

„CTP’s main priority is to provide the best conditions for our customers. In order to do that, we are growing at the same pace with them, so that we can provide them with the necessary space needed for their business development. We have a successful partnership with Van Moer Logistics for two years now, and I am glad that they have decided not only to continue, but to strengthen our collaboration through an important expansion in CTPark Bucharest West”, stated Iuliana Bușcă, Business Development Manager of CTP Romania.
