Present on the Romanian market since 2007, the developer of logistics and indutrial spaces has increased its development in Romania in 2015 when he started buying logistics projects.

Thus, in addition to acquisitions and investments, the company reached 16 logistics parks, amounting to 478 million euros, according to data from the company's financial report for 2017.

The 16 properties are located in Arad (2), Bucharest (3), Cluj (2), Deva (2), Ineu, Pitesti, Salonta, Sibiu, Timisoara (2) and Turda.

Romania is the second market for CTP, after the Czech Republic, with 16% of all owned properties.

Last year, CTP increased its portfolio of 250,000 square meters in Romania and reached a total of 700,000 sqm of warehouses, registering the highest growth among all markets where the company is active. Recently, the developer announced the completion of two buildings with a total area of over 100,000 sqm in CTPark Bucharest West.

The company's gross rental income at the local level last year was 25.7 million euros, out of a total of 222 million euros, at group level.

At the end of 2017, CTP had a total portfolio of 4.45 million square meters of logistics and industrial space in countries such as the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, and the value of the portfolio exceeded the threshold of 4 billion euros. (source: economica.net)
