The ceremony took place on 19th of April and CTP won the prize for the best industrial project with CTPark Bucharest West, a property designed to become the largest logistics and industrial park in Eastern Europe with a built area projected to reach 700,000 m² by 2020.

These awards are an important international recognition of the extremely active role that CTP is playing on the local market and of its extraordinary development rhythm and high quality of its warehouses and services provided for its tenants. One of the most important and ambitious projects of the company is CTPark Bucharest West, the premium industrial and logistics park, prominently located at kilometre 23 west of Bucharest city centre with direct access to A1 motorway and developed in a spectacular pace in terms of total surface and growth rate. Currently, CTPark Bucharest West comprises three class A warehouses leased to numerous clients, such as: Quehenberger Logistics, Tibbett Logistics, KLG Europe Logistics Romania, Geodis, NOD (Network One Distribution), DSV Group, Van Moer Logistics etc. Until the end of 2018, another three warehouses with a total leasable surfaces of 175,000 m2 will delivered. The construction of these buildings will be finalized between Q2 and Q4 2018. The “Industrial project of the year” award granted for CTPark Bucharest West is another proof of the highest quality standards and green technologies used throughout this park.

CTP also received a nomination for CTPark Timisoara II, in the “Industrial Project of the Year” category. CTPark Timisoara II is a 32,000 m² industrial and logistics park with a structure consisting in a 15,000 m² GLA storage space that is occupied by a strategic client and other two spaces of approximately 9,000 m² GLA each. 

2017 was the year with the most accelerated development pace since CTP entered the local market: over 180,000 m2 GLA were built in Romania and approximately 300,000 m2 are in the construction pipeline with delivery dates estimated for 2018. CTP Romania has set clear tasks to reach total lettable area of 1.5 million m²  by 2019. The demand is driven by CTPs long-term clients.

The 13th annual Europa Property SEE Real Estate Awards Gala was held in Bucharest, Romania. The important event brings together the most active international managers, developers, bankers, investors, lawyers and other CRE professionals operating in South East Europe. 

The Gala was attended by more than 250 industry professionals from major companies operating in commercial real estate, investment and construction industries.
