The company has been awarded the Best Warehouse Development and Developer of the Year Award at the prestigious CIJ Romania 2018 Gala Awards, for the accelerated development of the CTPark Bucharest West project. The growth rate of this project exceeded the performance recorded in 2017, leading to a leasable surface of approximately 400,000 m² in the present. This is the second consecutive year in which CTP wins this important recognition for CTPark Bucharest West.

The second prize, the Industrial Developer of the Year, was awarded at the 2018 Real Estate Gala and recognizes CTP's extensive work in 2018, both in the parks near Bucharest and at the national level. CTP has reached and exceeded the 850,000 m² threshold in Romania, with 300,000 m² delivered this year both in the Bucharest area (CTPark Bucharest, CTPark Bucharest West and CTPark Bucharest Chitila), as well as in the country, in Cluj-Napoca, Pitești and Timișoara.

“We are honored to receive these awards. For us, they are proof of the fact that teamwork is fruitful. We have set a goal of becoming the largest developer and manager of premium industrial and logistics parks in Romania and Central and Eastern European and we have succeeded thanks to a good strategy and plenty of hard work from a talented and passionate team that is the engine of our growth. We are also grateful for this success to all our banking partners, suppliers and collaborators. We are confident that in the next years we will be able to consolidate Romania's position on the industrial and logistics sector in Europe, having CTPark Bucharest West as our main pillar”, said Iuliana Bușcă, Commercial & Business Development Manager of CTP Romania.

CTPark Bucharest West is designed to be a real ecosystem which encompasses storage spaces, being at the same time a civilized workplace for our tenants' employees. The park will have a medical office, a supermarket for daily shopping, a restaurant with healthy food in the menu and accommodation for the workforce. Bicycle tracks will also be provided for an easier ride in the park and to offer a healthy work environment by adopting the bike as a sustainable means of transport.

Designed to be the most important logistics hub in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe, CTPark Bucharest West will also have a service space for transporters, with gas stations and a truck wash. All these services, the technical specifications of the buildings, the flexibility of the spaces, as well as the excellent positioning in the West of the capital with direct access to the A1 motorway, have led important companies such as Ekol Logistics, Queenberger Logistics, DSV, Yusen Logistics, KLG Europe Logistics Romania, Geodis, Cargo Partner, Gefco, NOD (Network One Distribution) to establish their operations here.
