The largest completions included a 32,100 sqm warehouse at Prologis Park Prague Airport for Červa Export Import, as well as a 28,900 sqm facility for Mall.cz at Prologis Park Prague-Jirny.

 

Meanwhile, more than 505,000 sqm of new industrial space broke ground during Q2, with 81 percent of that figure pre-leased by the end of June. Construction started on a 29,200 sqm warehouse for Globus at Prologis Park Prague-Jirny as well as a 21,700 sqm plant for Faiveley Transport at VGP Park Pilsen and 18,700 sqm hall at Business Park Ostrava for Adler Czech.

 

Panattoni Park Prague Airport (133,000 sqm) and a 61,900 sqm European distribution center for Primark at CTPark Bor are both scheduled for completion in Q3. (source: cijjournal.com)
