Therefore, the Paval brothers will take over the remains of the paper factory, founded 140 years ago, which was the largest papermaker in Southeast Europe. In recent years, a large part of the factory's old buildings, on  a plot of more than 40 hectares, have been demolished.

The price that the Dedeman owners will pay for taking over the factory has not yet been announced, but at the last auction in September 2017, the starting price was 43 million lei.
The Paval brothers intend to build a football stadium on the site of the current factory. (source: newmoney.ro)
