"The business model of P3 is different from many others in this sector because we are not looking for rapid gains through construction and sales, but we acquire and develop properties that we can add to our own long-term portfolio," says Sînziana Pardhan, country head of P3 Romania.

Forty people will work in the warehouse on the ring road of Bucharest, which will deal with the distribution of 15,000 pallets on average per month. Storage capacity is 18,000 pallets.

Logistic E van Wijk is a European provider of integrated transport and logistics services with 25 years of experience in Romania. E Van Wijk focuses on customers from different industries, such as electronics, food, retail, agribusiness, marketing, construction and more.

In Romania, the company has 400 employees, 185 trucks and 20,000 square meters of storage space in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca and Arad.

By delivering this project, P3 has reached a total of 319,000 square meters in 12 warehouses in P3 Park Bucharest, 13 km from Bucharest. By the end of the year, P3 will deliver two new buildings to P3 Bucharest Park and wants to expand in both Bucharest and the central and western parts of the country.
"Two more buildings will be delivered by the end of this year. Our goal is to create the most important logistics hub in Bucharest, "says Sînziana Pardhan, country head of P3 Romania.


The logistics park near Bucharest was acquired by P3 from CA Immobilien Anlagen AG in early 2015.
In 2016, P3 rented 1.26 million square meters, up from 822,000 square meters in 2015. The main tenants of P3 are Altex, Carrefour and eMag. P3 is owned by GIC, the Singapore State Sovereign Fund. (source: zf.ro)
