Eli Park Iași secures authorization for massive expansion

Eli Park Iași, a key logistics hub in the Miroslava area, has received the green light from Miroslava City Hall for the final two phases of its extensive expansion project. This significant development will introduce approximately 63,000 square meters of new, high-quality logistics and industrial spaces, marking a major boost for businesses looking to grow or establish their presence in northeastern Romania.

Strategic investment in modern industrial facilities

The expansion represents an investment exceeding 21 million lei (approximately 4.25 million EUR), demonstrating a strong commitment to providing cutting-edge infrastructure. These new facilities will complement the existing hall, bringing the total number of operational halls at Eli Park to three. The project encompasses a wide array of amenities designed to support diverse business operations, including storage, production, light manufacturing, and administrative offices.

Comprehensive features for optimal business operations

The newly authorized phases, identified as authorizations 594 and 595, detail a comprehensive development plan. Businesses can expect modern halls equipped for various uses, alongside extensive supporting infrastructure:

Spacious areas for warehousing, production, and light manufacturing.

Integrated administrative office spaces.

Extensive paved platforms for heavy vehicle access.

Optimized internal road networks and ample parking facilities.

Dedicated technical annex buildings for water supply and fire safety systems (PSI reservoir).

Thoughtfully designed green spaces and secure perimeter fencing.

Iași: a growing logistics powerhouse

Eli Park's expansion is strategically located in a rapidly developing industrial zone. The park is situated near other major players, including Olympian Park, which recently acquired land from Eli Park for its own new logistics development, and Kaufland, which has secured authorization for its third national logistics depot in the vicinity. This concentration of major logistics operations underscores Iași's increasing importance as a distribution and manufacturing hub in Romania.

Initially planned on a 27-hectare plot, Eli Park has strategically adapted its development after selling 15 hectares to the Helios Group (Olympian Park). This allows Eli Park to focus its efforts on a 12-hectare parcel, which will ultimately house three state-of-the-art logistics halls, offering unparalleled opportunities for businesses seeking modern, well-connected industrial spaces.

Secure your future at Eli Park Iași

With nearly 63,000 sqm of new, flexible, and strategically located logistics and production space coming online, Eli Park Iași is set to become an even more attractive destination for companies looking to optimize their supply chains, expand manufacturing capabilities, or establish a regional presence. This expansion offers a compelling solution for businesses seeking modern infrastructure in a dynamic economic environment.
