According to her, in Eurobusiness I park a warehouse of 4,000 sq. m will be built for a Czech company, while in Eurobusiness II park will be built a warehouse of 8,000 sq. m for a German company.

 

„The investors prefer to rent an existing structure. They don’t want to be owners, but tenants. Therefore, ADL will organize bids for the construction of warehouses, as currently there is a great demand of warehouses to rent in Oradea. ”, the city hall representative declared.

 

„Considering that the real estate fund of the city of Oradea is limited, next year Agenția de Dezvoltare Locală SA will make the inventory of all the private industrial properties in the city (plots and warehouses) in order to present them to the investors interested, based on a lease agreement signed with their owners”, detailed Delia Ungur the city hall’s concern for the business development in Oradea.
