This first phase of the park comprises approximately 3,500 sq. metres of Class A light industrial space that is suitable for storage, assembly and/or manufacturing purposes. Further phases of light industrial space for small and medium enterprises will be constructed in response to demand from tenants and builttosuit requests.

Additionally, the park is designed to accommodate logistic warehouses and associated logistical development.

Aries Industrial Park benefits from the Romanian government's Industrial Park Title incentive programme, which provides for different economic subsidies to companies that occupy premises in the Park. In addition, this programme allows for companies that purchase land in Aries Industrial Park to also benefit from these economic subsidies.
