„We start the construction and we estimate that next year it will be completed. 10,000 sq. m will be allotted for pharma (drugs and medical equipments) and 10,000 sq. m for cosmetics. We already have a warehouse of 3,500 sq. m for drugs and 900 sqm for medical equipments, but it is not enough and this is the reason we build this new warehouse“, said Cătălin Olteanu, general manager of FM Logistic.

Olteanu said that there are not yet contracts with pharma clients for this new warehouse.

The need for logistics and industrial facilities is growing, considering the Romanian economy is on the rise, as well as trade and exports, and the Romanians have more money for acquisitions.

FM Logistic registered EUR 23.5 million turnover in the last fiscal year which ended at 31st of March 2015 and has three logistics platforms on the local market, in Timiş, Bucureşti and Dâmboviţa, with a total area of 55,000 sq.m, together with two cross-docking logistics terminals in Cluj and Bacău.
