Currently,  Helios Phoenix park in Brașov has an area exceeding 28,000 sq.m, fully let to two tenants: Terwa, manufacturing metallic parts for constructions and Rolem, supplier for Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen or Porsche.
