For this year we planned to continue the expansion projects of the parks in our portfolio, and especially to open new facilities in the country, focusing on production units and warehouses. Currently, Helios Phoenix park has an area of 18,000 sq. m with two tenants: Terwa, manufacturer of metallic parts for construction and Rolem, manufacturer of wooden ornaments for luxury cars of brands such as Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen or Porsche.

 

In Romania, Helios Phoenix group owns several industrial parks in Brasov and Timisoara.

Helios Phoenix is present on the Romanian market since 1997. With its first project, the Industrial Park in Domnesti, in western Bucharest, the group focused on the industrial segment of the real estate market and on related services. Curretnly, Phoenix portfolio includes 45,000 sq. m warehouse facilities available or in advanced completion phase, 30,000 sq. m plots for residential developments, 410,000 sq. m for industrial developments and 2,500 residential units.
