The warehouse has an area of 5,500-6,000 m2 is rented from the company Mega Distribution Center, controlled by the entrepreneur Salah Turkmani, according to ZF information.

The representatives of Marelvi didn’t provide details about the landlord company, but they said they were the only occupiers of the respective building wing.
„We relocated here with rent last year. We took this decision as we see over the years that great part of the business relocated in Bucharest. It was a decision influenced by the market’s evolution“, says Daniela Bîzgan, general manager of Marelvi.  She is one of the founder’s daughters.

Mega Distribution Center is one of the first industrial buildings in the A1 highway area, now a favourite industrial zone for distributors, producers, logistics operators etc. The first building within the center was built in 1997.

Located in the west of the capital, at the intersection of Highway A1 with the ring road, the center has direct access to the ring road of Bucharest and at the same time it is situated a few hundred meters from the Bucharest-Pitesti highway, part of European Corridor IV, which connects the capital to the Western Europe.
