This new area complements the existing 9,000 sq m already leased by DAAS, bringing their total operational footprint at the park to an impressive 12,600 sq m.
The decision to expand stems from DAAS's strategic initiative to establish Romania's inaugural professional training center for refrigeration technicians within the new facility. This specialized center will operate alongside essential logistics and administrative activities, underscoring the park's capability to support diverse business functions, from specialized training and operations to storage and management.
