NOD is the largest IT&C distributor on the local market, with a turnover registered in 2016 of nearly 931 million lei.
The company is owned by the CEO of eMAG, Iulian Stanciu.

Network One Distribution is active with operations on Romania and Republic of Moldova markets, having a clients data base made of more than 3,000 resellers and it is an important supplier of the local retail networks.

The park Bucharest West was developed in 2007-2008 by  Prologis, under the name of Prologis Park Bucharest A1 and was sold afterwards, in 2015, to CTP, one of the largest investors in logistics and industrial properties in Romania, in a transaction estimated to EUR 60 million. This transaction also represented the exit of Prologis from the Romanian market.

The park is situated at nearly 23 km of Bucharest, in Bolintin-Deal, on Bucharest-Pitesti A1 highway. 
CTP has recently developed an area of nearly 100,000 m2 within CTPark Bucharest West șand plans to reach one million square metres built area in Romania by 2018. 
 

Currently, CTP is building all over Romania and is renting at the same time projects in Bucharest, Timișoara and Arad. The developer has recently announced it has reached investments of EUR 250 million in Romania, with a portfolio of industrial A class properties of more than 500,000 m2. The developer targets the entire industrial market, namely the production, storage and distribution segments, with a minimum area for rent of approx. 2,500 m2. (source: profit.ro)
