Panattoni’s managing director, Pavel Sovička, says that his company is is in negotiations with four automotive suppliers who want to relocate their production units from Germany to the Czech Republic but want to stay close to the German border. He confirmed that Panattoni has already secured the land and is finalizing the planning.
