Dacia, which is owned by French group Renault, launched the Dacia Logan model in 2004 and renewed it in 2012. The company produces it in the local plant at Mioveni, as well as in its factory in Casablanca, Morocco.

Romanian clients bought about 14,000 Logan cars in 2014, almost half of the cars Dacia sold in Romania.

In the first five months of this year, over 7,500 customers in Romania bought the Logan model.

Romania remains the biggest market for the Logan, with over 513,000 cars sold since the model’s 2004 launch. Algeria is second, with over 211,000 cars, followed by France with almost 183,000 units, Turkey (130,000 units), and Germany (120,600 units). (source: Romania-insider.com)
