"In the 10.5 hectare industrial park in Sânandrei, we started in 2016 the investment in the first office and logistics building of 4,000 square meters. The building is 100% leased and generates over 200,000 euros annually", says Adriana Cioca, administrator and development director of Artemis in Romania.
The new building is due to be delivered in March 2019.

Artemis has developed up to now five industrial parks near Timisoara, with total investments of over 25 million Euros. The industrial properties of the group in Romania include the industrial parks Sânandrei Industrial Park, Banat Business Park, Dudeşti, Giarmata and the airport industrial park, all of them in Timiş County, totaling 170 hectares. All projects are fully occupied.

Located in Sânandrei commune, Timiş County, the Artemis Industrial Park is just 7 km away from the city center of Timişoara, at the intersection with the future express road that will make the direct connection between Romania and Western Europe. The park was built according to Swiss standards, respecting in detail the Romanian construction laws.

The investment in Sanandrei Industrial Park started in 2008, with the acquisition of a 10.5 ha land.
The Swiss Group Artemis Holding, based in Switzerland, owns the Franke Group, the Real Estate Group, the Feintool Group and participations in various companies, such as Forbo, Rieter, Autoneum, AdvalTech, Novelteak. (source: zf.ro)
