More than a third of them, respectively, 97 million euros, represent completed investments in Romania for companies such as Auchan, Pirelli, Aeronamic Eastern Europe, Alcar, Lecom or Aggreko.

The company has ongoing projects in several European countries worth 467 million euros totaling more than half a million square meters built. In Romania, ongoing investments amount to 142 million euros and represent projects for large retailers such as Carrefour, Decathlon, Profi, LPP or Ursus Breweries, with delivery deadlines in the next 12 months.

Among the beneficiaries of the new investments are Profi in Craiova, Roman, Timișoara, Carrefour in Deva, LPP and Decathlon in Ștefăneștii de Jos and Rosti, a supplier for the packaging industry in Păulești. The developer will make changes to the existing WDP location for the Profi retailer, which includes an extension in the form of a distribution center of approximately 12,000 mm, which will increase the total area for Profi to over 50,000 sqm. This new part is scheduled for delivery by the fourth quarter of 2021, and will require an investment of approximately 14 million euros. Profi will lease this part on the basis of a long-term lease of fifteen years.

Also, as part of its plans to expand its e-commerce activities, the LPP clothing specialist wants to have more storage space in Ștefăneștii de Jos, and WDP will add around 22,000 sqm to the existing space, through a investment of approximately 9 million euros. This extension is expected to be delivered by the third quarter of 2021. LPP will lease the same under a nine-year long-term lease.
