The general director of Xanga Group, Herdon István, said that the investment reaches 15 million euros. Construction will most likely start in the fall of this year.

"According to our business model, we have planned that in the first phase we will build two multifunctional halls that will cover an area of 11,000 square meters, and the investment value is 15 million euros. The concession area provides us with enough space to move to the second and third phases of the project, so let's build more similar halls, depending on the success of the first ones (...) We believe that we will also be able to attract multifunctional companies and the incubator here it will act as a catalyst for the development of the area," said Herdon István.
