Hello, We are looking for a production (manufacturing) facility, not a warehouse, for a company specialized in composite forming and assembly of composite products (carbon fiber, fiberglass, GFRP). Our requirements: Location: as close as possible to the Ukrainian border; ring-road/highway access. Surface area: minimum 9,000 sqm, ideally ~10,000 sqm (slightly larger acceptable). Layout: production halls + preferably a separate office; locker rooms/restrooms. Budget: open to proposals (please indicate €/sqm/month and total, plus CAM/service charges). Activity: industrial manufacturing with composites (carbon fiber, fiberglass/GFRP): cutting/lamination, forming, curing/thermal treatment; assembly of finished composite products. Required specs: Clear height: from 5 m (ideally up to 10 m). Power: installed capacity from 2 MW (preferably upgradable to 4 MW). Heating & production-grade ventilation; local extraction for resins/solvents and temperature control (for composites). If ventilation is not available, we can install it; heating must be available on site. Water & sewage: existing connections to water supply and sewage networks (hot water preferred). Truck access, loading/unloading solutions, adequate yard/parking. Availability (handover): flexible; ideally within 2–6 months (earlier welcome). Lease term: long-term; 1-year initial term with possible extension. Activity: industrial production with composite materials (carbon fiber, fiberglass/GFRP): cutting/rolling, forming, hardening/heat treatment; assembly of finished composite products. Required specifications: Clear height: from 5 m (ideally up to 10 m). Electrical power: installed capacity from 2 MW (preferably expandable to 4 MW). Industrial heating & ventilation: production ventilation system, local extraction for resins/solvents and temperature control (for composites). If ventilation is not available, we can install it; heating must be on site. Water & sewerage: existing connections to water and sewerage network (preferably hot water).
