Hello, Our company is active in the field of printing, scanning equipment and photovoltaic system solutions. The company is interested in renting a logistics storage space in Bucharest, according to the details below: 1. Preferred location: Bucharest, with mandatory TIR access to the main space. Preferably the East and South areas, as close as possible to the company's headquarters - Alba Iulia Square. For the secondary space, we are targeting a location of max. 100 sq m, as close as possible to Alba Iulia Square, Unirii Square or Splaiul Unirii. 2. Required area: Two spaces, as follows: Warehouse A: 400–500 sq m for palletized goods (shelves and under shelves); Warehouse B: ~100 sq m for second-hand equipment (ground storage). 3. Compartmentation and use: The spaces will be used exclusively for the reception, handling and storage of equipment and related components. A permanent office is not required, but it is important to have an access area for company staff for picking, labeling and loading operations. 4. Maximum budget: Up to EUR 5,000/month, depending on the area and the services offered (handling, storage, access, etc.). 5. Activity carried out: The company offers complete printing, scanning and distribution services for multifunctional equipment, as well as components for photovoltaic systems. The space will be used exclusively for logistics storage. 6. Desired requirements and facilities: For the main warehouse (A): TIR access and unloading ramp or possibility of direct unloading from van-type TIRs (semi-trailers);
Handling equipment (forklift with attendant); Dedicated staff for reception, handling and loading/unloading support; Closed, secured hall (fire and burglary systems, human security, video surveillance, air conditioning and standard lighting); Usual working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00; Personal access for picking and labeling operations; Possibility for warehouse staff to print documents/labels at our request and send them to drivers; Removal/replacement of labels on certain packages, upon request; Management of packaging for recycling. For the secondary warehouse (B): Space of approximately 100 sq m, preferably in the central area (Unirii / Alba Iulia / Splaiul Unirii), accessible for occasional handling. 7. Additional discussion – dangerous goods storage: A separate discussion would be related to finding a variant for storing dangerous goods, namely batteries for energy storage, used in photovoltaic systems. We have a storage requirement for 30–40 pallets/month, the largest having dimensions of 125 × 85 × 200 cm, weighing approximately 850 kg/pallet, with the possibility of increasing this volume in the near future. Please analyze and send us what options would exist for such a space, taking into account the specific requirements for storing this type of cargo. 8. Availability: Starting with December 2025. 9. Contract duration: Long-term (minimum 3–5 years). 10. Monthly billable services: Storage: EUR/sqm rate; Pallet/parcel handling: EUR/pallet or parcel rate (in/out).
