WDP to reinforce its capital in Romania, aiming a Romanian property portfolio of 500 million euros by 2020

Building on its continued growth in Romania, WDP is reinforcing its capital in the Romanian entity, being a 51/49 joint venture partnership with Jeroen Biermans up until now. After the capital increase the ownership ratio of the shareholders will evolve towards an 80/20 ratio. This should facilitate the further portfolio growth towards 500 million euros.

CTP increased its Romanian business capital with EUR 7.5 million

CTPark Bucharest, a company owned by the developer of industrial and logistics spaces CTP, received in June a capital infusion of EUR 7.5 million, shows data from the Trade Registry.

Immofinanz brought more than EUR 82 million in Romanian companies before selling to Logicor

Immofinanz has increased the capital of its companies in Romania, vehicles of the logistics assets or projects. The operation was part of the preparation of the companies for the sale to Logicor, a Blackstone subsidiary.

EUR 10.3 million capital increase for Log Center Brașov

The capital of the company Log Center Brasov, the owner of a plot intended for a logistic project, part of the portfolio taken over in November by Blackstone from Immofinanz, was increase with nearly EUR 10.3 million.
