Farmec opens a new logistics center in Timis

Farmec continues its extension and modernization of the distribution network in the country. After the opening of a new store in Timisoara, the company has announced the opening of a new logistics center which will cover Timis, Arad, Caras-Severin and Hunedoara counties.

Industrial and logistics spaces from regional cities exceeded Bucharest’s stock

The modern stock of industrial spaces and logistics from outside Bucharest reached 1.3 million sqm at the end of the first semester of 2016, exceeding Bucharest with almost 30 percent. Penny Market started the construction of a logistics centre near Bacău, an investment on EUR 19 million

Penny Market, part of the German group REWE, is building the network’s third logistics centre in Romanian near Bacău, being the first retailer in Romania to have such a project in the region of Moldova. Mega Image to open new logistics centre in 2016

Mega Image will continue its expansion at the same rhythm it had during the last years, planning to invest some EUR 50 million per year, Vassilis Stavrou, director of Mega Image said, as quoted by Mediafax. The company will also open a second logistic center in Stefanesti at the end of Q3, covering a 34,000 sqm area, the representative announced.
