Euro Insol sells MLP Bucharest Sud logistics park for EUR 14.2 mln

Euro Insol has, the liquidator of bankrupt MLP Bucharest Sud, has sold the company’s asset – the MLP Bucharest Sud logistical park – for RON 62.5 million (approximately EUR 14.2 million) to AGI-RRE Hera, according to Mediafax.

Immofinanz exits logistics market in Poland, Czech Republic; will focus on Romania, Germany, Russia

Austrian group Immofinanz, one of the largest property investors on the Romanian market, sold two logistics projects in Poland and the Czech Republic for EUR 33.2 million, and announced it will focus on developing such projects in Germany, Romania and Russia, the company’s representatives said.

GSK to close down Romanian plant

UK-based GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), the drugsmaker, said on Thursday it would shut off its Europharm plant in Brasov by the end of 2015 and transfer the production in Poland and Spain, reports Mediafax newswire.
