Inside the Industrial Park Brasov (IPB) we offer tailor-made Greenfield industrial facilities, for rent, on a long term contract base.

The time frame required for completing the construction of a hall is between 6 and 10 months, depending on the required surface and the buildings complexity. The construction of each production hall will be done in complete compliance with each customers specific requests and the type of activity to be unrolled.

The total surface of Industrial Park Brasov is 39 ha, which includes production halls, warehouses, technical areas, administrative and office areas.

The current development phase of the project includes 5 halls with usable surface of 10.000 sqm / hall as well as access infrastructure, concrete platforms, load/ unload areas.
IPB is situated at 7 km from the city of Brasov, on DJ 103C, which connects the city of Ghimbav to the helicopter factory IAR Ghimbav.

Brasov is situated in the heart of Romania, from where any corner of the country can be reached within maximum 1 day of driving.
