CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal will ensure both storage and the possibility of air freight transport using Boeing 737-800 series aircraft, as well as road transport. To ensure a high flow of air transport, CTP Romania has designed a complex project consisting of three buildings dedicated to warehouses and cargo services.
CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal is built to BREEAM standards regarding accessibility and infrastructure. The industrial park offers optimal occupancy costs for companies, regardless of the size of the occupied spaces, benefiting from unique technical specifications in the market that ensure the lowest utility costs.
The standard for the rental warehouses at CTP includes:
Heliport-grade industrial floor with quartz hardener;
Industrial doors and ramps;
Centralized heating based on hot water;
LED lighting system (in three levels);
Fire Department approvals in place;
Facade: mineral wool cladding;
Customizations can be made: temperature control, ADR, production spaces, etc.
CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal is located in the western part of Romania, benefiting from a direct connection to Oradea International Airport and the Eurobusiness industrial center, as well as to major neighboring cities such as Timișoara, Arad, Cluj-Napoca, Deva, and Hungary's Debrecen and Budapest.
CTP Romania completed the final reception of the construction works of the cargo terminal at Oradea Airport, a private investment of the company, worth over 33 million euros.

Raben Logistics Romania has leased 1,300 sqm of new warehouse space in CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal, while the company’s lease volume with CTP across Romania has reached 15,000 sqm.
