ATALIAN also recently acquired MT&T in Bucharest, a leading maintenance and Integrated Facility Management company, which together with ATALIAN now form the strongest IFM company in Romania. This acquisition also allowed ATALIAN to have a base in Bulgaria

ATALIAN’s latest success is its footprint in the industrial sector which has grown over 25% in 2016 on a CEE level, following the signature of several new ATALIAN contracts in catering, cleaning and maintenance services for several industrial manufacturers, food processing & spare parts car suppliers.

“We have recently witnessed more and more tenders run on an international level, by central purchasing with an aggressive cost reduction strategy, but mostly with the idea to consolidate suppliers regionally. Since ATALIAN is the largest Facility Management player now in the CEE, it gives us the opportunity to help global purchasers, as well as business unit manager have a global services approach across the region, with parallel KPI and tender processes” says Vincent Vallois, MRICS – Director of South East Europe.

The future acquisition & development of ATALIAN in Europe concerns Slovenia, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Bulgaria for 2017. ATALIAN forecasts reaching 1 billion Euro turnover at an international level in 2017.
