For how long is present on the market your company, Trust Euro Therm, and how did you ended doing a collateral business such as warehouse renting?

We are present on the market since 1993, just turned 23 years in October 2016. We started doing this collateral business following the changes in the range of products sold, as we slowly switched to the sale of most expensive equipments and the occupancy rate of the existing warehouses has decreased accordingly. On the other side, the EU accession also contributed, the disappearance of the customs clearance enabled direct deliveries from external suppliers to final customers, so that the cargo was not transiting anymore our warehouses.

How would you describe the warehouse request in the northern zone of Romania?
We have noticed a growth of interest for such spaces both for production units and for regional warehouses.

What are the main request types for industrial spaces in the area (warehousing, production, logistics, retails etc.)?

I could say that the requests for production and logistics were prevalent.

What are in your opinion the main advantages of the north-eastern zone of Romania compared to other zones of the country for industrial and logistics investments?

The main advantages are those specific to the early entrants: available workforce at still low costs, support from the local authorities for fast permits obtaining and the possibility of renting best quality of the moment.

What are the most important facilities offered by your warehouse to tenants choosing Piatra Neamt area?
The main facilities are the low heating costs due to floor heating system, large parking spaces, rapid expansion possibility as we have 6 ha of land available for future developments, the proximity to the city at only 2 km, situation on national road Piatra Neamt – Roman, which is planned to four lanes extension.

What type of companies you address? What is the minimum area for rent?
We address to companies needing large spaces for production or logistics. The minimum area for rent is 500 sqm.

Do you plan future expansion of the warehouse or other development projects?
As we rent the spaces we will invest with our own funds for the expansion of the existing area up to covering the 8 ha land we have for future developments.
