Interview with Peter Bečár, Managing Director CEE within P3

P3, specialized investor, developer and manager of European logistics properties, has completed in February last year its first acquisition of an industrial property in Romania, buying Europolis Logistics Park (which became P3 Bucharest) from the Austrian company CA Immo, transaction estimated at nearly EUR 120 million. The investor has insured through this acquisition its second place in the top of the largest industrial-logistics facilities owners.

One of the main warehouse and industrial developers for the Bucharest market, NGB Construction & Management has plans to continue developing by offering the market over 70,000sqm of new Class-A warehouses, in two locations, NGB Distirbution Center (TBA 55,000 sqm) located 9km SW of Bucharest centre and PL Distribution Center (12,000 sqm) in Popesti-Leordeni. In 2015 the group announced the start of construction of Phase II (18,000sqm) of NGB Distribution Center, targeting a wide range of companies, from light industrial and distribution companies, to service providers. The company is planning further development, as the Bucharest industrial market is moving again “demand is up and vacancy is at one of the lowest levels in recent years, especially for BTS projects”, as its general manager, Nicholas Nabil Bouri, recently declared in an exclusive interview for Warehouseinfo.ro/Depozitinfo.ro.
