The Czech investor and land developer Accolade has created a fund focused on Czech investors. Prokop Svoboda of Svoboda & Williams, who will oversee the marketing of the projects, says that people in the Czech Republic are used to investing in flats, but they usually do not consider built-to-suit industrial properties, which offer better yields and minimum risk.

Brent Watkins of Svoboda & Williams adds that the fund will offer a 7- to 9-percent yield. The minimum investment is CZK 2m. (source: cijjournal.com)
