Mrs. Odovîncă will be directly involved in defining the strategy meant to improve the company’s performance, and in providing a financial perspective on the development initiatives. She has an impressive career that spans a period of 17 years, most recently having spent over two years as the Financial Manager for Skanska Romania. Prior to this, she occupied the same position at Kaufland Romania for three and a half years. Mrs. Odovîncă’s experience also includes 12 years of activity in the banking sector.
