"We did a competitive auction with Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, and CTP was the winner of the auction. CTP is now in an advanced stage of due diligence. We should have a result by the end of the year. The money from an eventual transaction would be used to develop some assets we still have in Romania”, has declared George Teleman, a partner in Equest, for Profit.ro.

Recently, CTP bought from the Belgian group Vabeld the logistics park A1 Bucharest Park, located at kilometer 13, in a transaction of 40 million euros. Both Equest Logistic and A1 Business Park are neighbors with CTPark Bucharest.

"We hope to complete the transaction before the end of the year. It will help us expand CTPark Bucharest. We buy a foreign company”, said Remon Vos, CEO and one of the founders of CTP, for Profit.ro. (source: profit.ro)
