Transilvania Construcții recently completed the construction of its new logistics park in its portfolio – TRC Park Bacău – a project in which the company invested over 15 million Euros.
CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner and manager of industrial and logistics properties by gross lettable area (GLA), has completed the structure of its latest production and logistics space in Western Romania: CTPark Arad West. This latest scheme is located in Arad, an important industrial centre and transportation hub, close to both the Hungarian and Serbian borders. The first phase of CTPark Arad West comprises approximately 44,000 sqm and is already over 40% pre-leased, being scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2024.

Romanian industrial and logistic developer, Element Industrial and Slovakian sustainable energy solutions provider, TESLA Group have recently signed a long-term partnership in which TESLA will produce and operate photovoltaic energy on the rooftops of the ELI Parks projects.
The total stock of SBU (Small Business Units) / LML (Last Mile Logistics) space in the CEE-15 countries (Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia )accounts for over 3 million sq m, but the development of this market is not evenly spread in this region.
CTP is developing a 98,000 sqm logistics park across the road from Expo Arad, with the possibility of expanding in the second phase of the investment. The park will serve some of the most important carriers in Europe. The construction permit was recently issued, the company also receiving the last approval required to start work.
