The Italian group De'Longhi, one of the most important players in the local production of household appliances, which already owns two factories in Romania, in the counties of Cluj and Bihor, recently bought an industrial platform in Satu Mare and is considering a project with investments worth 100 million lei (20 million euros).
For the development of this industrial project, the company requested a state aid of 40 million lei.
Last year, the Italian group De'Longhi achieved in Romania, with two factories, a turnover of almost 2.3 billion lei (470 million euros), 40% higher than in 2020.
